The first step involved a full redesign. We initially developed the Incentive Manager branding to include an additional level of styling, this allowed us to create more user-friendly system screens. Secondly, we re-developed the system to include the new designs and a number of technical features, which were requested during the market research process.

In parallel to the rebranding and development of the new system, we overhauled the client’s website by designing and developing a new front-end website to inform potential users, drive user engagement and encourage sign up. The new Incentive Manager website seamlessly integrates with the platform and includes a payment gateway for new member sign ups and a content hub of articles and support materials.
